Construction specifications
The facades and walls are made with concrete blocks. All exterior window frames will be made of aluminum, except for the front door and storage room door. The living room and kitchen will feature an aluminum sliding door. The entrance doors of the house will be solid wooden doors with two sidelights, fitted with glass shutters for ventilation. The pitched roofs will consist of wooden trusses, roof sheathing, underlayment, roofing felt, battens, and dark-colored roof tiles. The flat roof between the sloping roofs will be constructed with wooden beams, roof sheathing, and EPDM roofing.
Each of the four bedrooms will be equipped with an air conditioning unit. Additionally, the bedrooms, as well as the living room, will have the option to install ceiling fans. The villa will be equipped with 220-volt network connections. A standard kitchen with appliances will be installed, but as the buyer you can opt for a tailored kitchen in consultation with the contractor (conditions apply).
